Annie Spencer is a proud native Vermonter, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate with a lifelong passion for athletics, health, and helping others feel their best. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and has been a business owner since her early 20s.Athletics has always played an important role in Annie’s life. She spent nearly 20 years coaching high school field hockey and was honored with induction into the South Burlington High School Hall of Fame. Her background in business, education, and athletics has shaped her belief in the importance of dedication, resilience, and taking a proactive approach to overall well-being.Annie’s personal wellness journey took a new direction in her 20s when she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Through her own experiences, she developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of supportive therapies and a holistic approach to wellness. This experience inspired her to explore innovative ways to help others prioritize their health, recovery, and quality of life.In early 2019, Annie turned that passion into a vision by opening Bijou Blu, Vermont’s first cryotherapy center. Since then, she has continued to expand the business, bringing innovative wellness services to the community, including IV therapy, cold plunge therapy, heat therapy, meditation, massage, and healing touch.Annie’s mission is to create a welcoming space where people can discover new ways to support their well-being, enhance recovery, and invest in themselves. At Bijou Blu, she combines her entrepreneurial spirit with her passion for holistic wellness to help clients embrace a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

I'm Autumn, I am a licensed Esthetician/Massage therapist with over 20 years experience in esthetics, energy work, make-up artistry and more. I recently relocated from Utah where I studied with AVEDA and worked as lead esthetician in salons and spas around the state. One of my favorite things to do for my guests is to create a personalized experience that caters to your needs and desires. I look forward to getting to know new people and exploring the beautiful state of Vermont.

Mariah is a licensed esthetician who earned her certification from O’Brien’s Aveda Institute. She is passionate about helping clients feel refreshed, relaxed, and confident in their own skin while enhancing their natural beauty. Originally from Freeport, Maine, Mariah moved to Vermont in 2019 to explore new opportunities and pursue her passion for esthetics. She believes that the energy we put out into the world can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. Mariah specializes in the Bijou Signature Facial, Cryo T-Shock Facial, dermaplaning, and microneedling, offering personalized treatments designed to refresh, rejuvenate, and reveal your best skin. She is currently offering a Cryo T-Shock Membership, making it easier to enjoy the benefits of consistent treatments and incorporate skin and body care into your regular self-care routine. When she’s not helping clients look and feel their best, Mariah loves spending time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Gracey, and her boyfriend.

On a personal note: I am a true Vermonter and have lived & been educated in Chittenden County my whole life. My home is now in Williston with my husband, 3 dogs: Piper, Tony & Franky (brothers-Corgipoos from Colorado) and 3 kitties - Oni, Stellabean & Jack). I raised 2 great children and have 2 wonderful grandchildren! I am a Master Gardener, I love the water (be it lake, ocean or pool) and I love being outdoors!

Dr. Christopher Seitz, md
Dr. Christopher Seitz, MD & Guardian Medical Direction have been at Bijou Blu since the opening of IV therapy in 2021. Dr. Seitz is a Board-Certified Emergency Physician and CEO of Guardian Medical Direction. Dr. Seitz attended Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Beaumont Hospital. After working in the Detroit area for two years and serving on the Board of Directors of multiple EMS agencies, Dr. Seitz began serving as a locum tenens physician, travelling throughout the United States.
