Annie Spencer
Owner
Hello my name is Annie Spencer and I am a native Vermonter. I have a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in elementary education. I have been a business owner since my early 20s and I was also a high school field hockey coach for almost 20 years and I am a member of the South Burlington High School Hall of fame. I have always loved athletics and I am very interested in all aspects of holistic healing. In my 20’s I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and understand how important it is to have therapies to help with the healing process. In the start of 2019 I made the decision to open a new age cryotherapy & wellness center. Bijou Blu was the first cryotherapy center in VT and now the first to offer an IV Therapy in Vermont. We are excited to now cold plunge therapy, hot therapy, meditation, massage, IV and healing touch therapy.
